It’s an ocean view golf course in an Oceanside community. The crepes and seafood chowder are the best we’ve had anywhere on the island. The restaurant is well kept and felt inviting, in season the patio has sweeping views of the property and Mt. Baker.
A place to relax and eat. Less noisy than other places.
We were treated to lunch there by a family member who goes there quite frequently. I hadn't been in years. The menu really impressed us and we went with the recommendations of what was popular by our fantastic server Garnet. We weren't disappointed. We had the breakfast sandwich with pesto fries, lemongrass chicken sandwich with salad and chicken mushroom crepes with salad and fries. Oh and let's not forget the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. We had a beautiful view watching all the golfers enjoying their day. The restaurant was fairly busy but we were still able to converse without background noise. There were nice Christmas decorations up, but the icing on the cake was the beautiful flower arrangements when you arrived and in the women's washroom. Such a nice touch.
Great food and the best driving range in town!
We did a private event for 38 people at this restaurant and it was exceptional! I would highly recommend this venue for a small wedding, corporate event or private celebration. Ellie (event planner) and Grant were fantastic and helping to make sure that every little detail was taken care of from the canapies, to the drink selection and food. Everything was exactly as we had dreamed it would be. The food was excellent, the servers were exceptional and Ellie made planning so easy. The flowers at the venue were beautiful and we appreciate Grant making the effort to assist us with planning our entertainment and having the Bluetooth speaker available. Everyone enjoyed the evening immensely. Thank you so much for making our 30th anniversary so memorable! I have tons of beautiful, colourful photos... But can not share because there are people in the photos. We had the patio in the evening with the fire going and they had the buffet set up inside ...everything was amazing. They even had a large bouquet of fresh flowers in the bathroom.
I like this place, comfortable room, great food and good service. Had our Xmas dinner there and they were great!
Bill Mattick's is located at the golf course of the same name and has views over the links. Great for a drink and snack after a round of golf or dropping in for lunch, dinner or just drinks. The food is good, reasonably priced and the service is great.
Ate at the golf club restaurant. Even if when was very busy. Staff were great. Good coffee with their clubhouse sandwich. Top marks. Will go back soon. Had my elderly mother for lunch. Staff was very helpful friendly to her. Made her day. Thanks to All the staff.
